In textiles the four main products are Asahi Bemberg™, the unique cellulosic fabric born from cotton (yarn is Cuproammonium rayon) ; ROICA™ premium stretch fiber; Bemliese™, nonwovens including spunbond for growing hygienic applications; and Leona™ nylon 66 filaments for automotive applications.
The company at the recently concluded exhibition highlighted three products in the fiber section, textile products the first being Bemberg which is being exported to the Surat market, second is Roica, which is a stretch fiber, for hosiery which is a mix of nylon and polyester, and the third is Nonwovens made with advanced and innovative production technology. Our 4 main businesses are Bemberg™ cupro, the unique fiber born from cotton and the core of our heritage; Roica™ elastic polyurethane filament; nonwovens including spunbond for growing hygienic applications; and Leona™ nylon 66 filament for automotive applications, said Toshihiro Abe, Deputy manager from the company.
