Loiko at GTE, Ahmadabad, showcased Loiko MJ – 3400, the Industrial Sewing Machine which is a Single Needle Lock Stitch Machine for the construction of Collar, Cuff Etc. The machine is used for making runstitch of collar, flap, shoulder tab, cuff, collar band joining, fly piece making, label making etc. It gives higher productivity as well as the consistency in the quality. The machine features the ability to complete 3 (Marking, Stitching and Cutting) operations in single shot
without any sensor stickers required. With this machine, combinations of different patterns and shapes is also possible and it is user friendly.
Three sizes of cutting margin are available such as 1/4”, 3/16”.The anti static tables with bearing ensure smooth movement of jigs. The intelligently added sensors ensure perfect stitches in the turns. It has a microprocessor controlled system and the inbuilt stabilised SMPS protects from voltage hazards.
It also has fabric and thread breakage sensors and there are no limitations in the size of the jigs. This robot mechanism device is used to feed the buttons to the button clamp on the button sewing machine. The operator does not need to align the holes of button. With its increased feeding spread, the sewing machine head speed can be used up to maximum, resulting in higher productivity
