House of Anita Dongre Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Amrita Nair as Assistant Manager – Buying and Merchandising. In her new role, Amrita will contribute to strengthening the brand’s buying and merchandising strategies, supporting seamless alignment between creative vision, commercial objectives, and customer experience across channels.
Amrita brings with her strong experience in end-to-end merchandising and business analysis within the fashion and lifestyle space. Prior to this appointment, she worked as a Merchandiser at Āroka, where she managed complete merchandising operations from concept to final delivery. She handled a portfolio of over 30 retail stores across domestic and international markets, spanning both online and offline channels, and played a key role in collaborations with platforms such as Myntra Luxe and Ajio Luxe, including onboarding, curated assortments, and digital merchandising.
Her experience also includes close collaboration with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure timely and cohesive product launches, along with seasonal assortment planning, pricing strategies, inventory optimization, and sales performance tracking. Amrita has been actively involved in vendor and supplier management, market and competitor research, and visual merchandising to enhance brand presence and drive product performance.
Earlier in her career, Amrita gained valuable exposure across production coordination, junior merchandising, and retail operations, including hands-on experience with product selection, inventory management, quality control, and customer-facing retail leadership. With this well-rounded background in buying, merchandising, and retail, Amrita is well positioned to add value to House of Anita Dongre Limited’s continued growth journey.
