38th Garment Technology Expo Ahmedabad 2025: A Powerful Showcase of Innovation & Industry Advancement

The 38th edition of the Garment Technology Expo (GTE-2025) was inaugurated on 7th November 2025 at the Helipad Exhibition Centre, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, in the presence of eminent industry leaders. Guests of Honour included Shri Arpan Shah (Senior Vice President, GGMA), Shri K.L. Ramesh (Chairman, HCSSC), Dr. Sameer Sood (Director, NIFT), Shri Tushar Kuvadiya (President, SETJA), and Dr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma (Chairman, IEML). Their participation underscored the industry’s commitment to advancing technology and strengthening garment manufacturing capabilities.

Recognised as South Asia’s largest and India’s most prominent garment technology platform, GTE once again showcased a vast range of advanced machines, technologies, and allied solutions spanning every stage of garment production. With an expanded display of global innovations, the event successfully fulfilled its mission of uniting suppliers, manufacturers, and technology providers. Beyond sourcing, the expo offered visitors opportunities to exchange knowledge, explore fresh ideas, and form meaningful synergies. Technical engagements, live demos, and solution-driven interactions played a key role in helping trade visitors identify new avenues for business enhancement.

Held from 7–9 November 2025, the 38th edition—jointly organised by Garment Technology Expo Pvt. Ltd. and India Exposition Mart Ltd. (IEML)—created a strong impact on the industry during a time of global manufacturing challenges. The robust presence of leading garment manufacturers, exporters, and technology brands reinforced GTE’s reputation as the most trusted and effective platform for garment and apparel technology. High-volume enquiries were generated across major focus sectors including Sewing Machines, Embroidery Solutions, Digital Textile Printing, Automation, CAD–CAM, Garment Machinery, Spare Parts, and Testing Equipment.

The show welcomed over 9,700 business visitors, comprising garment manufacturers, exporters, buying houses, procurement teams, and institutional buyers. Their strong turnout highlighted the industry’s growing appetite for innovation, efficiency, and technology-led growth. The expo continued to serve as a crucial meeting point for professionals seeking practical, future-ready solutions to upgrade their production capabilities and stay competitive in a rapidly evolving market.

Building on the success of GTE Ahmedabad 2025, the organisers announced two upcoming editions: the Annual Mega Edition of GTE 2026 in Greater Noida from 20–23 March 2026, followed by the Biannual Regional Edition in Bangalore in September 2026. Both shows will also feature the co-located Lace & Trims Show, further strengthening the sourcing ecosystem by offering essential components for apparel production.
