Mumbai based JISL came up with a wide variety of digital printing machines ranging from top speed with DCK 1618/1634; to DCK 0818D-2R for high Speed to T100 for medium speed and reported a good response from the exhibition. The company has also been offering inks to give a competitive price and services to those who need both. The company got a very good response for T 100 that comes with 8 Ricoh Gen5E Industrial print heads and has a production speed up to 1200 sq.m/day. It gives high quality printing on fabric which is upto 1.8 m wide. Also, the machine has autobelt washing and drying unit with high precision professional textile belt system with fabric feeding, drying and winding.
Another medium speed machine offered by the company is D8 which comes with 4 to 8 Epson DX5 print heads and has a production speed upto 800 sq.m/day. Its available print width is 1.8 m/2.6m/3.2m and has a professional textile belt carrier system. The auto belt washing and drying unit is also one of the specialization. Puneet Shrivastva from the company said, “ No doubt the market condition is not so good but with our machines one can save time, money and avoid overheads also, the medium speed machines are ideal for export houses.”
