SPANX, LLC, a lifestyle brand and pioneer in shapewear, has announced a new era of leadership.
The Board of Directors has named Caroline “Cricket” Whitton as Chief Executive Officer and appointed Jeanne Jackson as Executive Chair. Whitton, formerly SPANX’s President and Chief Growth Officer, has spearheaded the brand’s remarkable digital transformation since joining in 2017, driving revenue and growth globally.
Prior to her tenure at SPANX, Whitton played pivotal roles in driving digital growth at prominent retail brands such as Wayfair and Design Within Reach. Collaborating with Jackson and SPANX’s all-female Board, Whitton is poised to execute ambitious growth strategies.

Jeanne Jackson brings a wealth of executive leadership experience from her tenure at prominent apparel, retail, and lifestyle brands. Having held C-level positions at NIKE, Inc., Walmart.com, The Gap, Inc., Victoria’s Secret, The Walt Disney Company, and Saks Fifth Avenue, Inc., Jackson is recognized for her transformative leadership in brand strategy and market expansion. She is also a seasoned corporate director, serving on the Boards of Moncler SpA, Monster Beverage, and Delta Airlines.
Jackson’s accolades include recognition as one of Business Week’s Top 25 Managers of the Year, Vanity Fair’s America’s Most Influential Women, and Fortune’s 50 Most Powerful Women in American Business.
