ASICS, a Japanese multinational corporation which manufactures footwear and sports equipment designed for a wide range of sports, has introduced GEL-NIMBUS 21 shoe.
The latest cushioning technique, FLYTEFOAM PROPEL & FLYTEFOAM LYTE, used in the shoes gives long-distance runners superior comfort.
The shoe offers improved fit with more room in the forefoot combined with a Jacquard mesh and 3D printed overlays that adapt to the movement of the runner. The Max Shock Absorption GEL technology placed at high impact areas in both the forefoot and rearfoot reduces shock and load on the body.
The sports brand has also initiated ‘I MOVE ME’ platform for storytelling. An official campaign video featuring marathon runner and triple Olympic Games athlete Diana Nukuri, will also shared soon on YouTube
The shoe is now up for grabs at all offline and online stores.
In India, ASICS currently has 28 stores in 16 cities. The company is targeting to 6-7 more stores to take the store count to 34-35.
