India-based Arvind Fashions Limited has roped in Pramod Gupta as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company. He will take charge from April 2, 2019.

The Pramod will replace Kannan Soundararajan who has stepped down as CFO.
Markedly, Pramod is a skilled Chartered Accountant and has over 30 years of finance & supply chain experience. Previously, he has worked in companies like Hindustan Unilever Limited, DHL Express, Novartis and Microsoft and Rivigo Services Private Limited.
In a separate development, Arvind Fashions has appointed two new Directors to the Board.
Punit Sanjay Lalbhai has been appointed as an Additional Director for one year, and Vani Kola has been appointed as an Independent Director for 5 years.
It is pertinent to add here that Arvind Fashions made its debut in March 2019, post a demerger from its parent Arvind Ltd.
