LIVE: Brother International Exhibits with IoT-powered Sewing Machines at GTE ’19

Day 1 of Garment Technology Expo 2019, currently taking place in New Delhi, India, witnessed Brother International (India) Pvt. Ltd., incorporated in 2006 under the Japanese company founded in 1908, Brother Industries Ltd., introducing IoT-enabled sewing machines.

The company is known worldwide for producing quality innovative products for the print and imaging, labeling and sewing markets having key products like Laser Printers, Multi-Function Centres (MFCs), Fax machines, Label printers, and a wide range of Home and Industrial Sewing Machines.

While explaining the special feature of the machines exhibited, Rajesh Sarangi, Asst. General Manager, Brother International (India) Pvt. Ltd., told us, “We have the IoT system attached to all the machines that can give update about the machine’s production activities through the internet and can be accessed from anywhere around the globe even on hourly basis.”

He added: “We also have the cyclic machine device that improve the efficiency even further.”
