Raymond Apparel appoints industry veteran, Nirvik Singh as new chairman

Raymond Apparel Ltd, subsidiary of Raymond Ltd, has appointed Nirvik Singh as the non-executive chairman. Chairman, Gautam Hari Singhania has stepped down to pave way for Singh to take charge demonstrating the spirit of good governance. Singh, a 27-year marketing and communication industry veteran,  is currently the chairman & CEO, Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa of Grey Group Asia-Pacific. Beginning his career with Lipton India, a Unilever company, at the age of 33 he became the head of Grey Group India. Gautam expressed his belief in setting the highest standard of governance and have always advocated to run the business professionally. He is delighted about the appointment of Nirvik Singh as the non-executive chairman of Raymond Apparel. He also welcomed Anshu Sarin and Gautam Trivedi as new board members of Raymond Apparel Limited in his comment.

Raymond Apparel continues to grow its market share and offer the full wardrobe solution to the tasteful consumers of the dedicated brand with ready-to-wear power brands like Color Plus, Park Avenue, Parx and Raymond Ready to Wear. With a focus on product innovations and go to market strategy, Raymond Apparel is set to utilise the immense experience and relevant skill sets of the new members on board.

Raymond Apparel continues expanding its retail with high focus on Multi Brand outlets (MBO) channel infiltration, in-house retail experience enhancement, omni-channel growth strategy  and strengthening the consumer engagement programmes across platforms.
