WWEPC AND PDEXCIL to Organise 3rd Edition of India Fashion Tex

Wool and Woollen Export Promotion Council and PDEXCIL is geared to organise the third edition of India Fashion Tex, a three day b2b Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM) in New Delhi from 21st to 23rd March, 2023 (Monday-Tuesday- Wednesday) as part of the Annual Action Plan approved under the Market Access Initiative (MAI) Scheme, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India.

“The main objective of the exhibition is to facilitate Indian Textile Entrepreneurs to excel in global exports, this is an apt platform for manufacturers and exporters to interact with international buyers, buying houses, sourcing agents and domestic volume buyers to source from India,” informed Romesh Khajuria Chairman, WWEPC, Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India.

The event is aimed at helping the Indian Woollen Textile MSME entrepreneurs to understand the actual requirements, quality, fashion trends so that they can compete and excel in the global market. The ultimate objective of the event is to strengthen “Brand India” image of Made in India Woollen/Pashmina/GI products globally.

The “India Fashion Tex” will be focusing on demonstrating the unique and rich heritage of our finished textile products viz different categories of wool and woollen blended textile products like  apparel& clothing, Pashmina/Woollen Shawls, Stoles, Scarves, Mufflers, Woollen Blankets, Woollen/Worsted Fabrics, Woollen Hand-woven Textiles , GI Woollen Products, Woollen Carpets, Floor Coverings, Home Textiles & Fashion Accessories etc.

WWEPC & PDEXCIL will be inviting more than 130 foreign buyers from all over the world with the help of our Embassies/Chambers of Commerce and through direct marketing efforts.

All verified buyers will be offered complimentary Economy Class return airfare and accommodation in a Five Star Hotel for three nights.

The BSM will have a participation of around 100 Indian Manufacturer-Exporters of Textile Products.

Business meetings will take place between the Indian participants and Overseas Buyers/Buying Houses, Sourcing Agents during the BSM.

This is an excellent and NOT TO BE MISSED OPPORTUNITY for Indian MSME entrepreneurs to engage with potential international buyers, buying houses, sourcing agents and large volume domestic buyers and also interact with other innovative exhibitors and seal future business opportunities.
