T T Limited Launches Garment Manufacturing Projects in TN & UP

India’s textile ministry passes 20 research projects worth Rs.74 crore

During the Financial Year 2018-19, T T Limited completed two Garment manufacturing projects at Avinashi (Tamil Nadu) and at Gajroula (Uttar Pradesh).The plants were installed after modifying existing spinning mills buildings and have been approved for social compliance (SEDEX and WRAP).The units  have been installed with quality systems through TUFS and State Government incentives presently in force for apparel industry.

The company has also been exploring other fields for diversification of company’s business to attractive and more profitable lines such as Packaged Food, Agri products, Bulk transportation, Retail business, E-commerce and Dairy Products.

In order to move forward the company has rearranged itself by parting ways with ShriNavratanJiDugar, Founder Independent Director and appointedShriAnkitGulgulia as an Independent Director to revamp the organisation. Industry veteran, Padma Shri V. R. Mehta Ji, has been re-appointed as Independent Director of the Company for a period of further 5 years subject to shareholder’s approval in the next Annual General Meeting including approval for waiver of age limit of 75 years.
