Handling and maintaining machines when they are not running becomes even more important and thus the company was proactively asking its customer about taking care of the machine and following up with them in checking the machine status and print head conditions.
“Apparently after the lockdown, the machines have started off well and still travelling is hindered due to local trains not working especially in Mumbai and travelling out of city is sometimes risky.
We have been able to handle the situation well which would not have been possible without proper understanding and support of our esteemed customers,” added Bhatia.
He shared an interesting incident in this context about one of its customers in Bengaluru who urgently wanted to install Nassenger 8 printer during lockdown as he had some urgent jobs in hand and fulfilling the same was high priority.
“Sensing the urgency of the situation and to avoid risk of travelling by air, we decided to depute our Senior Engineer and his team by car so that we can quickly finish of the installation and training.
And the installation was carried out successfully and our customer could deliver printed fabrics to his client on time,” averred Bhatia.
Apsom Technology has been offering high speed digital printing machines to the Indian textile industry for a long time.
