At GTE Mehala displayed a wide range of specialised machines and displayed almost all brands under its umbrella ranging from Siruba, Orbito, Duerkopp Adler, PFAFF, Bullmer, Strobel, GEMINI CAD, MACPI, ALGOTEX, ITeam IoT etc.
“Apart from a wide range of machine from Siruba, Duerkopp Adler, we have also for the first time displayed Storbel machines under our banner. In CAD/CAM we have at GTE launched our own brand of single ply cutter with scanning system which is used for matching and cutting stripes and checks. We have also on display very high value and high tech equipment such as automatic CNC cutting machine from Bullmer.
Another breakthrough product on display is a retrofit IoT solution for sewing machines from I-TEAM (Romania). This is a seamless IoT solution which can be integrated with all existing sewing machines and is brand independent. Mehala had also launched high speed plotters from Algotex Italy at the show”
On being asked about the current market situation and business format he averred, “Irrespective of the general market sentiments, we are trying to grab every opportunity by working on queries coming for up-gradations. We are offering consultancy of improving productivity and machinery and working with our clients closely offering them various technology solutions,” said Bharath S, Director, Mehala Machines. He further added, “We hope the market gets better.
As a company we have a huge customer base all over India and we are opening new branches. As far as market is concerned these days customers do not buy products with ROI more than three years and that is what we also try to achieve through our products.”
