With a distinguished career spanning multiple countries and decades in the apparel and textile industry, Lamba brings a wealth of strategic and operational expertise to the role.
Along with Novarea Textiles, Lamba serving as Managing Partner at HIJ Consultants INC in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, where he advise global clients on textile operations, sourcing, and market expansion strategies. His earlier leadership roles include serving as Executive Director at Sidney Apparels LLC in Jordan, Executive Director at Must Garment Corporation Ltd. in Hong Kong, and at Lenny Fashion Ltd. in Bangladesh.
Lamba’s diverse international experience across the Middle East, South Asia, and East Asia positions him to steer Novarea Textiles toward ambitious growth plans, tapping into emerging markets and strengthening the company’s global footprint.
The company believes his proven leadership in scaling businesses, optimizing manufacturing processes, and forging strong industry networks will play a pivotal role in shaping its next phase of expansion.
