Joshi brings with him more than four decades of experience in the textile and apparel industry. Throughout his distinguished career, he has developed extensive expertise in manufacturing excellence, operational transformation, productivity enhancement, quality systems, and the management of large-scale integrated textile operations.

His distinguished career also includes key leadership assignments at Donear Industries Limited, Oswal F.M. Hammerle Textiles Limited, and Arvind Limited, where he played a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and organizational growth.
