Raymond Lifestyle Limited has named Satyaki Ghosh as its Chief Executive Officer, strengthening leadership at a time when the 100+ year old Raymond Group is sharpening its focus on the next phase of growth. As the company recalibrates its strategy, Chairman & Managing Director Gautam Singhania is building a leadership team aligned to drive execution, innovation, and long-term value creation across the lifestyle business.
Satyaki Ghosh joins Raymond with a strong reputation as a results-driven business leader. Most recently, he served as CEO – Cellulosic Fashion Yarn at Grasim Industries. During his over nine-year association with the Aditya Birla Group, he held several senior leadership roles, including CEO of the Domestic Textiles Division, managing established brands such as Grasim, Graviera, and Linen Club.
In addition to his domestic responsibilities, Satyaki handled the additional charge of CEO at Thai Acrylic Fibre Co., Ltd. and was instrumental in the acquisition and successful integration of Soktas India into the Aditya Birla Group’s Domestic Textiles portfolio. His leadership was marked by strategic expansion, operational excellence, and portfolio strengthening.
Earlier in his career, Satyaki held senior management roles at L’Oréal as Global Sales Director – Emerging Markets, Spencer’s Retail Ltd., and PepsiCo India. An alumnus of IISWBM, University of Calcutta, he brings a blend of global perspective and deep sectoral expertise, positioning him well to lead Raymond Lifestyle Limited into its next chapter of growth.
