Before joining Myntra, Neha spent nearly eight years at Flipkart, where she led multiple high-impact portfolios, including Women’s Fashion, Large Appliances, and Home Business, demonstrating versatility and depth in managing large-scale business operations. She began her career with Tata Motors, where she developed strong foundations in sales strategy, business development, and channel management.
