Campus Activewear Ltd., one of India’s leading activewear brands, has announced the elevation of Rajneesh Sharma to the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With over 25 years of cross-sector experience in IT and digital leadership, Sharma brings a wealth of expertise in driving technology-led business transformation across FMCG, fashion, retail, and manufacturing industries.
In his new role, Sharma will lead Campus Activewear’s digital and technological initiatives, focusing on strengthening operational efficiency, enhancing customer experiences, and accelerating sustainable growth. Known for his forward-thinking approach, he has consistently leveraged technology to align business objectives with innovation, agility, and scalability.
Sharma’s journey with Campus Activewear began in April 2021 as Head of Information Technology, followed by his promotion to Vice President – Information Technology from September 2023 to October 2025. During this time, he played a pivotal role in strategic digital initiatives, implementing cutting-edge solutions across enterprise applications and IT infrastructure.
Prior to joining Campus Activewear, Sharma served as Chief Information Officer at DLF Brands Limited, successfully leading multiple transformation projects over five years. He has also held key IT leadership roles at ITC Limited’s Lifestyle Retailing Business Division, Sunstar Overseas Ltd., and Digvijay Systems & Services (P) Ltd.
