Bombay Shirt Company has announced that Vinay Rahure is joining the brand as its new Art Director, reinforcing its creative leadership as the brand continues to refine and evolve its presence in India’s premium menswear market.
In his new role, Rahure will steer the brand’s creative direction across all consumer touchpoints, including campaigns, content, digital platforms, and retail environments. His focus will be on building a cohesive and immersive brand experience while further strengthening Bombay Shirt Company’s visual identity and creative expression.
Vinay brings with him over 12 years of extensive experience from Reliance Brands Limited (RBL), where he played a key role in shaping and scaling creative teams, establishing strong design systems, and driving impactful brand experiences. Most recently, he led the Centre of Excellence – Design at RBL, collaborating across more than 50 global and lifestyle brands spanning fashion, luxury, and retail.
He began his professional journey as a Design Lead at Etoos Education Pvt. Ltd., where he developed a strong foundation in design leadership, brand strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. With Vinay’s addition, Bombay Shirt Company underscores its commitment to sharper creative storytelling and experiential brand-building, aligning design closely with its growth ambitions across both digital and physical retail channels.
