Yash Dudejaa has stepped into a new role as Senior Manager – Business Development at United Colors of Benetton India, marking an exciting progression in his retail leadership journey. In this position, he will drive strategic expansion, retail growth, and partner-led development across North and East India, with a strong focus on identifying high-potential markets and strengthening the brand’s retail footprint through data-driven decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
With extensive experience across fashion retail and business development, Yash brings a deep understanding of market expansion, operations, and performance management. Prior to joining Benetton in this leadership capacity, he served as Head – Business Development at Numero Uno Clothing Ltd., where he played a key role in driving growth initiatives and expanding the brand’s presence across regions.
Earlier in his career, Yash held senior retail leadership roles at Saundh, where he managed national retail operations, as well as at Raymond Limited, contributing as Area Operations Manager with a strong focus on operational excellence, sales performance, and team leadership. His journey also includes a long and impactful association with Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., where he worked across multiple roles within the Van Heusen brand, gaining hands-on experience in regional operations, retail strategy, and store management.
Yash’s career foundation is rooted in end-to-end retail exposure, including entrepreneurship through his own apparel venture and early roles with international fashion brands. His diverse experience across store operations, regional leadership, and business development positions him well to support United Colors of Benetton India’s growth ambitions and reinforce its presence in key markets.
