India’s Fabcare outlines its sustainable, automated machines; eyes to double up production

Fabcare an ISO 9001-2015 certified textile processing and laundry company that has a monthly production capacity of 300 machines with 60-70 different models is geared for further expansion and increase in production capacity to 600 machines per month. The company came up with their latest technology at Gartex the ‘Fabcare Splash’ a washing machine which uses less water and deliver a gentle wash, which works on 1:3 liquor ratio that means that 1 kg of garment will only take 3 litres volume of water every second which cuts a lot of cost in terms of steam consumption, chemical consumption and puts less load on energy consumption also.

Abhinav Arya, Director, Fabcare elaborated, “In today’s times the garment manufacturers are looking for technology that offers automation and cut down on manpower, thereby increasing the capacities and this is the correct time for such a revolution as the market is getting competitive day by day and investing in the technology.”

Fabcare spray treatment was another product displayed by the company. Abhinav highlighted that it is a very product good in cutting down on pollution especially when one is spraying the PP sprays.

His views on market situation were positive as he said, “We are expecting the market to grow and we have received a good response at the exhibition as many potential customers visited us.”
