With over 15 years of experience in organised retail and franchise-led expansion, Das will oversee Kidbea’s end-to-end retail operations. His responsibilities include store expansion, franchise development, site selection, and new store launches. He will also play a key role in strengthening operational standards across partner-led formats, ensuring a consistent and high-quality in-store experience that reflects Kidbea’s commitment to transparency, responsibility, and child-safe apparel.

Prior to joining Kidbea, Das held senior leadership roles at leading consumer and retail brands such as FirstCry, Lilliput Kidswear, Tupperware, and VIP Industries. Across these organisations, he led large-scale store rollouts, expanded franchise networks, and managed multi-region retail operations—bringing deep expertise in scaling retail formats sustainably and efficiently.

Academically, Das holds a Bachelor of Commerce, an MBA in Marketing, and a Post Graduate qualification in Garment Business Administration, equipping him with a strong blend of commercial, marketing, and apparel industry knowledge.

Kidbea continues to expand its omnichannel presence, integrating D2C platforms, marketplaces, and offline retail to reach modern Indian families. Its retail strategy is centred on creating trust-led physical stores that showcase sustainable, skin-friendly children’s apparel while reinforcing the brand’s values of quality, ethical sourcing, and responsible manufacturing.
