Eurolaser, a manufacturer of CO2 laser machines for cutting, engraving, and marking from Germany, will present its latest innovation, L-1200 conveyor laser system, at Heimtextil trade fair. The expo will run from January 8-11, 2019, in Germany.
The company claims that by processing textiles with the new conveyor laser, the cutting edges are sealed and thus averts fraying.
Also, compared to knife processing, there is no tool wear and the material can be cut without distortion in all orders. The defined roll feed by the use of the feeding unit and the tension-free transport through the conveyor table makes certain maximum result reliability.
The laser cutting systems are modular and configured individually for customers and their applications; available with a laser power from 60 to 600 watt. It comes with working area of 1,800 mm x 1,230 mm; max. material width of 2,070 mm; speed of 1 – 1,414 mm/s (in steps of 1 mm).
