Neha Katwal has shared her happiness on being promoted to General Manager / Country Head (India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh) at Superdry, marking a significant milestone in her professional journey. In her expanded leadership role, Neha will oversee regional operations and strategy, driving growth while strengthening ethical, people, and sustainability practices across South Asia.
Neha has been an integral part of Superdry’s journey in the region, previously serving as Ethical and Sustainability Manager (India & Sri Lanka). In this role, she played a critical part in embedding responsible business practices, managing audits and reporting, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and fostering inclusive, compliant supply chains. Her work reflected a strong balance of operational rigor and people-centric leadership.
Prior to Superdry, Neha built a solid foundation in compliance and sustainability with global fashion and retail brands. She worked as a Compliance Officer at KIABI and earlier as Sustainability Coordinator – India at s.Oliver, where she handled auditing, reporting, capacity building, and change management across supplier ecosystems. Her experience also includes roles at Pearl Global Industries Limited, Omega Compliance, and Radnik Exports, where she managed HR, compliance, CSR initiatives, buyer codes of conduct, sustainability programs, and factory-level implementation.
Neha began her career in HR and CSR-focused roles, gaining hands-on experience in employee engagement, recruitment, welfare, training, and policy implementation. Over the years, she has developed strong capabilities in stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making. With her deep understanding of ethics, sustainability, HR, and supply chain compliance, Neha’s promotion reflects her proven leadership and positions her to make a lasting impact in her new role at Superdry.
