Kate Dillon is excited to share that she has started a new position as Commercial Programme Manager at ASOS, taking on a pivotal role within the company’s commercial and transformation agenda. Based in London, she brings a strong background in programme delivery, change management, and cross-functional collaboration to one of the world’s leading online fashion retailers.
In her new role at ASOS, Kate will focus on driving commercial programmes that support business priorities, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with strategic objectives. Her experience in managing complex projects, governance, and stakeholder engagement positions her well to support large-scale change and operational excellence in a fast-moving digital environment.
Prior to joining ASOS, Kate worked as a Project Manager at BDO UK LLP, where she was part of the Operations PMO team responsible for maximising change investment and delivering transformation efficiently. Her role involved tracking and reporting project activity, managing risks, and helping build change delivery capability across multiple workstreams, strengthening organisational readiness and execution.
Earlier in her career, Kate spent several years at PwC Australia within the Cloud and Digital practice, supporting government and private-sector clients through end-to-end digital transformations. Her experience spans strategy development, business case creation, operating model design, technology implementation, and change enablement. Complementing her consulting background, Kate also brings hands-on retail experience from brands such as Zimmermann, Manning Cartell, and MECCA Brands, giving her a well-rounded perspective that bridges customer insight, commercial strategy, and transformation delivery.
