Natasha Jeffers Appointed Managing Director, Global Trading

Global fashion retailer ASOS has announced the appointment of Natasha Jeffers as its new Managing Director, Global Trading, marking a significant step in strengthening its international commercial strategy.

In this newly created role, Jeffers will oversee the company’s global profit and loss (P&L) performance across key markets, including the UK, US, EU, and Rest of the World. Her responsibilities will include aligning regional trading functions, driving pricing and promotional strategies, and optimising digital storefront performance to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.

Jeffers joins ASOS from Amazon Fashion, where she played a pivotal role in delivering growth across European markets. During her tenure, she led major operational improvements and spearheaded cross-functional transformation initiatives that strengthened the business’s regional footprint.

Her career spans several prominent fashion brands, including Forever 21 and Arcadia Group. Notably, she also brings prior experience at ASOS, where she worked in merchandising and branded partnerships, giving her a deep understanding of the company’s ecosystem.

This appointment reflects ASOS’s continued focus on building a robust leadership team to drive global growth, streamline operations, and remain competitive in the evolving fashion e-commerce landscape.
