Arvind Fashions has announced the appointment of Preeti Anand Raturi as Head – Merchandising, marking a strategic addition to its leadership team. In her new role, she spearheads the vision, strategy and execution of a consumer-first merchandise roadmap for Arvind Digital, with a focus on driving scalability, profitability and brand equity across digital commerce platforms.
Preeti brings an extensive and diverse background across India’s leading fashion, lifestyle and retail houses. At Myntra, she led the business and P&L for international brands, overseeing revenue growth, commercial strategy, assortment optimisation and long-term global brand partnerships. Her leadership was instrumental in shaping category performance through data-driven decision-making, platform-led growth levers and operational excellence. Prior to this, she held senior roles at Arvind Fashions, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, Tommy Hilfiger, Primus Retail, Spencer’s Retail, Reliance Retail and Lifestyle International—driving product planning, buying, brand management, private label development, inventory efficiency and cross-functional business execution.
Across her career, Preeti has been known for building high-performance teams, championing consumer insights, creating scalable frameworks and aligning product, design, sourcing and planning functions to business goals. Her depth of expertise in fashion merchandising, digital-first retail strategy and brand stewardship positions her strongly to lead Arvind Fashions’ next phase of growth in an increasingly competitive and dynamic market landscape.
