Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. (ABFRL), one of India’s leading fashion and lifestyle companies, has announced the promotion of Amit Dwivedi as its new Chief Strategy Officer & Head, Investor Relations.
In this leadership role, Dwivedi will drive the company’s long-term growth strategies, oversee key business initiatives, and strengthen ABFRL’s engagement with the investor community. His promotion comes at a pivotal time as ABFRL continues to expand its portfolio across premium, luxury, and digital-first fashion brands.
Dwivedi has over 15 years of rich experience across strategy, business development, M&A, partnerships, and investor relations. He has been associated with ABFRL for almost eight and a half years, where he earlier served as Head – Strategy, Business Development (M&A & Partnerships) & Investor Relations. Prior to joining ABFRL, he held leadership and management roles at Fortis Healthcare, Tata Housing Development Company Ltd., and Tata Motors, building a strong foundation in corporate strategy and capital markets.
